Thesis: For the Geography Department of the Freie Universität Berlin, written by Eva Bach Software: ArcView, floodFILL Decription: The floodFILL inundation model was used to model the temporal-spatial course of flooding in three different scenarios for the Cologne test area known as "Weisser Bogen" (White Bend). The input data necessary, a digital elevation model and the hydrological parameters derived from it, were put together in ArcView. The elevation model is based on height measurement points resulting from a flyover with a laser scanner.
